Nice vibe and clean room

Had a chill stay for 3 nights. The room was nice and clean, which is always a plus! Most of the staff were super friendly, but there was one lady at the front desk late at night who was kinda rude when my husband needed a snack. The bar area was decent too!

Rooms were spacious and well-furnished! The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

The staff were attentive and responsive to my needs. Free cookies in the lobby were a good touch. The bed in my room was comfortable after long days out. The location was convenient for local attractions. I really enjoyed my stay!

The air conditioning unit in the room is excessively loud, a real issue for anyone trying to sleep, especially after busy days. On top of that, the lack of room service is a hassle. calling the restaurant yielded no response. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell that washed away briefly, but inevitably returned, likely due to mold or poor plumbing. Overall upkeep shows signs of wear, with many areas needing some serious attention. The breakfast service feels muddled, as options ran out quickly without any backup or communication.

This hotel suits me perfectly with free parking, friendly staff, and a great fitness center. On my first visit, the staff even helped me with the best local taxi tip! I'm coming back for Christmas.

We had an amazing group vacation! The staff was friendly, and we loved the free cookies. We visited an outdoor concert at the Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion and explored nearby attractions. Just a heads up, the breakfast options could be better, as they sometimes run out quickly. Still, it was a great time with my friends!

One downside was they seemed to have issues with breakfast getting depleted, which was frustrating as we missed out on some of the food.
